R.I.P. B.B. King

R.I.P. B.B. King

The passing of a true blues legend. He was 89.

R.I.P., B.B.!

I was fortunate to see B.B. in concert four times, over the years:

First time was at the Glasgow International Jazz Festival. Then I saw him two nights in a row (I was front row center both nights with my chest against the subs) at Lulu’s in Kitchener. I got his autograph then, too. And last time was in Saskatoon about ten years ago. Each show was phenomenally good. He will truly be missed.
