Rushcue Mission

Fresh coat of paint in the bathroom, time for some new decorations…

I’d rescued these two old copies because I couldn’t stand to see them pitched. The LPs themselves are hacked beyond playable, but the cover art was worth the time, so they have a new home now.

My son named him Hedwig, says Hedwig watches him pee.
By the look on his face, the duck likes what he sees.

No problem! Just promise you’ll use this knowledge only for good, never for evil… meaning I hope you never put playable records behind glass for the sake of having wall art! I only say this because I have heard people say they do this and it makes my brain hurt and my heart lurch. 🙂

Whew! Haha I didn’t figure you would trap perfectly good records, but I had to check! 🙂 Of course, protecting your AC/DC album is definitely a worthwhile venture. In fact, I might suggest Michaels might have a nicer display-style frame for it – these ones I have in the 3pk are thin and fairly simple, utilitarian. Your HTH might be worth an upgraded frame!

I’ve done all the main Potter books with our boy – our girl lost interest, but will come around in a couple of years – and he loved them. Great for bedtime reading. Good luck when you get there – it’s a lot of reading, but worth it (Hedwig included)!

Haha I used to have a Michael Keaton Batman close-up with a really pissed off look on his face hanging where FBN is now. I wanted to put a caption on it that said “HOW ABOUT A COURTESY FLUSH” but my lovely wife wouldn’t let me. 🙂

Haha I wondered about leaving them out, glad you dig ’em. My boy is definitely picking up some stuff from his old man. He’s a pun master at 8 years old!

Also, now that he’s said that, I can feel that owl staring at me every time I’m in that room. Hahaha!
