AC/DC – Powerage

I have recently been told that, according to science, this is the best AC/DC album. It is hard to argue with science.

  1. AC/DC blinded me with science.

  2. Science gave us electricity.

      • I’ve alway found it to be a little uneven. Riff Raff is perfect, but Down Payment Blues is a big of a slog. But that’s just me! It is certainly their most underrated album, and I believe that is why so many choose it as their fav.

        • That’s the beauty of this blogging thing. We all agree a band rules, but we all have different thoughts on individual records… it’s how I learn so much about this stuff! It’s all by feel!

And here’s me, I figure Flick Of The Switch and Fly On The Wall were their most underrated…

          • Your right. Powerage does fairly well in the ratings. I think what I mean to say is underplayed. The band really only kept playing Sin City after promotion for the album finished. I think the critics were way too harsh on Flick, but I do agree with them on Fly. That album just needs a remix, IMHO.

  3. You can ague with science but you better know your stuff. AC-DC is like bull riding, strap in and go for the ride.
