Canadian Composers Portraits: John Weinzweig

I found some of these in the series and snapped them up as I didn’t even know they existed. What a cool idea! What is this series, you ask?

This set is 3CDs… CD1 is an hour-long interview/documentary with Eitan Cornfield, while CD2 and CD3 display some of Weinzweig’s work and wow, this is great stuff. I’d never heard any of his work before, and it’s fascinating. I will play this again for sure. I’m so glad I grabbed this!
