Another New Series!

Want another series? Of course you do!

HUGE thanks to Boppin for recommending Scotty’s in Walkerton, an antique shop that also sells incredible LPs and CDs. Seriously, what a motherlode. Scotty’s charges no tax for cash purchase, and will talk about price. A true gent!

I also found items in a shop in Durham.

Of course, I got some major scores. In fact, 25 items… same as the last series… Coincidence? I think not.

The fun starts tomorrow, brace yourselves!

Friggin’ WALKERTON?? That’s crazy man! My mom’s from there, we have a ton of family from there. You found all those Kiss treasures in WALKERTON? I have to tell my mom about that. Family reunion trip….

Yup, Walkerton. Right on the main drag. KISS treasures, Quiet Riot gorgeousness, Twisted Sister LPs in perfect shape… Actually, for the classic rock fan, it’s a little slice of amazing. I was more drawn to the blues and jazz LPs he had, but there was a ton in there overall. CDs and DVDs too.

I dunno, Dude. When was the last time you were in town? I don’t know how long he’s been there, but it’s probably been a while at least. No matter, next time you’re in town, let me know. I’ll meet you there!

Scotty was confused when he had to repeat
“YES. THERE IS NO TAX ON CASH!!!” 5 times to make sure the mic caught it.

I think I’ll play the shows theme song Fools Overture by Supertramp today.

Haha it’s not tax evasion. He explained it to me, something about he was offered the choice of paying tax on the building when he bought it, or tax on items he sells. I dunno. It made sense when he explained it, but I can’t duplicate it now…
